Service identity ledger

Beambridge Sourcing independent sourcing partner

Separate buyer, coordinator and supplier responsibilities for headlight assembly inquiries.

Responsibilities and evidence boundaries

What buyers control
Application requirements, vehicle fitment evidence, optional target budget, supplier preference, quantity and acceptance decisions. The buyer still decides whether a sample approval covers later lots.
What the service coordinates
Requirement clarification, requests for information and documented quotation comparisons. We ask suppliers for connector scope, included modules and beam documentation rather than rewriting those answers as our own test results.
What suppliers confirm
Fitment references, production scope, documents, sample terms, packing unit, Incoterms and shipment commitments. A supplier declaration is limited to the named product and destination market.
What remains open
No own-factory identity, authorization, customer count or savings claim is implied. Universal retrofit legality, fog-lamp swaps or standalone bulb claims stay outside this site’s procurement scope. Model year coverage, connector pin count and optics designation stay as buyer-supplied or supplier-confirmed fields rather than house guarantees.

When a reply mixes an empty housing with a complete assembly, keep packing unit, sample approval and batch traceability on separate lines before any purchase instruction is issued.
